Don’t limit yourself to only thinking about looking after yourself at the start of the year. Instead, constantly ask yourself ‘what do I want to get out of life?’ ‘How can I make sure I’m here, and as helpful as possible to those around me?’
Make it a habit to remind yourself that your children, partner, other family and friends all need you to be happy, healthy and more relaxed.
It’s also important to remember that you are only human, and living in a world full of toxins and germs. So, if you do become unwell there’s no point being hard on yourself. Just go back to reminding yourself how important it is to restore your health.
