The Snake must shed its skin to survive, 2025 is a year to let go and move forward refreshed.
Sometimes the most damaging illusions are the ones we create within ourselves. Let go of old stories you tell yourself about what you’re capable of, outdated beliefs that have kept you stuck and unhappy, and unhealthy feelings that keep you caged in the same cycles.
The snake doesn’t hurry, but plans and waits for the right time. From a place of inner calm, she uses strategies and acts when the time feels right. Rising up your vital life force energy and the power of your feminine sexual energy, you rejuvenate and unlock your potential.
What is coming next for you?
This is the story of my life as I was born in the year of the snake. Studying Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zen healing for more than half my life, I have overcome burnout, overwhelm, depression, pain, emotional instability, grief, mental health difficulties, and more. It’s my passion and privilege to show people who are struggling but know there must be natural and holistic ways to feel happier, healthier and more relaxed how to make simple but powerful changes.
