That’s why I created the Phoenix Energy Rising Community for women in midlife who are ready to take control of their health and wellbeing to regain their energy, vitality and confidence.
You’ll know how to boost your energy when needed, how to relax easily, how to feel more confident, to build strength mentally and physically, feel steadier, clearer, and more at home in yourself – all the methods that got me through pain and adversity. The systems I’ve been learning and practicing to properly look after myself for over half my life.
And I’m not special, I was just very fortunate. I’m just an Essex girl who grew up on a council estate. I’ve been through a lot of serious problems in my life, and if I hadn’t found the way to take control of my wellbeing – body, mind and spirit – I know I’d be in a very different place now. If I can come out of survival mode, anyone can.

In the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our vital energy, or Qi, is stored in our kidneys and transported throughout the body through our blood. Over our lifetime, women are expending our energy throughout menstruation, when we give birth, breastfeed, overwork, and carry the burdens of everyone around us. By the time we get to midlife, our energy is so depleted that we experience fatigue, chronic illnesses, dizziness, irregular body temperature, and so on. Replenishing this lost Qi is essential for our overall wellbeing.
What I’ll show you in this course is the simple practice that enabled me to not just recover from years of running on empty and living in survival mode, but to feel like I was in my 20s again in my body and attitude. Plus lots more bonus content!
Over 100 days I’ll show you the exact process that will take you from

Live workshops will take place every Sunday morning and will be recorded for you to watch when convenient. There will also be a question and answer session Wednesday afternoon or early evening so I can provide guidance mid-week too.
You’ll have your own WhatsApp community and I’ll provide your step by step guide to make every day more easeful and meaningful, with motivation and support every step of the way.
You will see results by day 20, then your energy will continue to rise until you are flying like the phoenix by day 100.

Meet your host –

Ruth lives in Cambridgeshire, UK and is mum to two neurodivergent teen boys (and a soppy Jack Russell Terrier). She left Essex at 16, and after five years of feeling unsettled and moving from place to place she found her spiritual home in Manchester, completing a post graduate Masters Degree in Educational Research. Seeking adventure and a better understanding of her own wants, needs and path in life, she set off for solo travels around Canada, America, New Zealand and Australia at the age of 22. She got the first taste of her true vocation when studying Shiatsu massage and qigong for three months in Hobart. On returning to the UK after more than a year, a few more unfulfilling jobs were added to an already long list. Ruth had the incredible good fortune of coming across a degree style Zen energy healing course. That turned into 25 years of ongoing lineage style training in ancient healing wisdom and practices, and the most fulfilling, purposeful career she could dream of. This was also when she reignited her passion for creative self-expression. Ruth has continued learning and practicing ever since. After training as a life coach in 2025, she combines Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zen energy healing with Aligned Lifestyle Coaching, as well as running creative wellbeing workshops and retreats with a close friend.
