
Year one – Creating a Happier, Healthier and More Relaxed Life
Module one – A short course in finding happiness*
12 week term including:
- Nine-Interlocked Rings Qi-gong (connect with the energy inside and outside of your body)
- Compassionate coaching (what does happiness mean to you and what’s in the way of you finding happiness)
- Unlimited Light Meditation (visualisation meditation to grow compassion for yourself and others)
*Foundation work also includes journaling, basic breathwork, creating healthy boundaries and protecting your energy.
Module two – Confidence in self-healing
12 week term including:
- Five Element theory (introduction to how the five elements keeps us in balance)
- Pressure points for common ailments (various acupressure points to use for physical and mental health issues)
- Healing postures and mudras (a range of standing and hand positions to deal with many different health issues.
Module three – Refining your self-healing abilities
12 week term including:
- Tummo (vase breathing)
- Level 1 Aromatic Qi-gong (relaxed, simple arm movements with profound healing benefits)
- Introduction to the meridian system (learn about the energy channels circulating around the body).
In this first year you will master the foundation to self-healing skills and techniques. Gaining confidence in your ability to stay balanced and at ease in difficult circumstances. You will have the opportunity to extend your healing heart out to benefit others. Please note, everyone is individual so course content may be adapted to ensure best outcomes for each person.
